The training is intended for young people who are interested in entrepreneurship. Organised by the 4H organisation, the training helps participants develop their own business idea and create a business plan based on it. After completing the training, participants have the opportunity to start their own 4H business. A 4H business is a model designed to support small-scale entrepreneurship among young people.
The training is led by Petra Kerkkä, a 4H association specialist.

The aim is that after completing the training, you will be able to:
use your own strengths and interests when developing your business idea
plan profitable business activities
start your own 4H business
Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a certificate and, if you wish, 1 study credit. The course is assessed on a pass/fail basis.

Tavoitteena on, että koulutuksen jälkeen osaat
hyödyntää omia vahvuuksiaan ja kiinnostuksen kohteitaan yritysideassaan
suunnitella kannattavaa yritystoimintaa
perustaa 4H-yrityksen.
Koulutuksen hyväksytystä suorituksesta saa todistuksen ja halutessaan 1 opintopistettä. Kurssisuoritus arvioidaan asteikolla hyväksytty/hylätty. Arvioinnin kuvaus ja tarkemmat arviointikriteerit ovat nähtävillä Opetushallituksen ePerusteet-sivulla.
